The Mid-Sized client has special needs.  It is important to work with a brokerage house that understands these needs.  Often the Human Resources Department for clients this size consists of 1-5 individuals whom often have duties that go beyond HR. 

Northwest Comprehensive positions itself as an EXTENSION OF THE HR DEPARTMENT.  Our clients lean on us for help and use us as a resource in helping their human resources department prosper. 

Our mid-market clients receive a customized service plan that includes integration with an experienced consultant along with a client service representative who is dedicated to the account.  It is our philosophy to never give our client service representatives too many relationships to handle.  We feel that it is important for our CSR's to not be over-loaded and, instead, we encourage them to do everything they can to retain our clients.  We know that in order to do this, our clients need to be over-serviced and have their questions answered promptly and accurately.  We are dedicated to bringing a superior level of service to our mid-market accounts.

We've evaluated what the current marketplace brings to the table for the mid-size client and found a way to "DO IT BETTER!"  The brokerage houses that have a mix of small and mid-size accounts tend to treat their 100-2,500 employee clients as if they were a 25 employee client.  The sophistication in the service plan is not advanced and the lines of coverage are treated like a commodity.

The larger brokerage houses that have the MEGA ACCOUNTS along with a mix of mid-size accounts, tend to not give the "smaller clients" the same services they offer to the larger clients.  This leaves the mid-sized account in the position of being under-serviced and uninformed on what real solutions exist for employers their size.

Northwest Comprehensive has eliminated these inefficiencies in how we handle mid-market business.  Our clients will get the customized service that they deserve while concentrating on the unique needs of groups their size.  We are familiar with the special needs of groups in this category.
